Trilogy Sanctuary Hiring — Vegan Cafe, Yoga Studio, Boutique & Events (La Jolla / San Diego)
Trilogy Sanctuary is a rooftop vegan cafe, yoga studio, aerial yoga training center, metaphysical boutique, and events venue located in La Jolla Cove, San Diego. We host over 150 events per year, offer Yoga Alliance teacher trainings, and operate a 100% organic vegan restaurant with ocean views.
We are hiring mindful, hospitality-driven team members for cafe, kitchen, yoga studio management, and boutique retail roles.
Great fit for candidates with experience in cafe management, restaurant leadership, barista work, yoga studios, wellness centers, retail sales, or hospitality environments.
CAFE / RESTAURANT POSITIONS
Kitchen Manager — Back of House
We are looking for an experienced kitchen manager to help lead our fast-paced vegan cafe in La Jolla.
Responsibilities:
Manage kitchen operations and staff
Order produce and dry goods
Schedule team members
Food preparation and prep leadership
Baking and desserts (bonus)
Smoothies, juices and acai bowls
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
5+ years managing a cafe or restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in health-focused, vegan, or organic cafe a plus
Cafe Front of House — Barista / Cashier
Join our rooftop cafe team serving coffee, smoothies, and organic vegan meals.
Responsibilities:
Cashier and guest service
Barista (espresso, coffee, tea drinks)
Smoothies and acai bowls
Food running and cleaning
Team-oriented hospitality
Must have prior cafe, coffee shop, or restaurant experience. Barista experience preferred.
Baker — Vegan Pastry Chef
We are hiring a baker to create vegan and gluten-free pastries and desserts for our cafe.
Responsibilities:
Bake muffins, cookies and desserts
Prepare vegan and gluten-free pastries
Food prep support optional
Baking-only role available
YOGA STUDIO MANAGER (ASSISTANT)
Trilogy Sanctuary is seeking a yoga studio manager to support our mat yoga and aerial yoga program in San Diego. This role includes teaching opportunities and overseeing boutique front desk operations.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the yoga schedule
Teacher communication and substitute coordination
MindBody and ClassPass updates
Private bookings and workshops
Supporting yoga teacher trainings
Maintaining studio spaces
Inventory and aerial fabric coordination
Responding to emails and student inquiries
Boutique front desk shifts each week
Coordinating with marketing and events teams
Ideal candidate has experience working in a yoga studio, fitness studio, or wellness center.
TOTEM BOUTIQUE SALES + YOGA FRONT DESK
We are looking for retail team members to support our metaphysical boutique and yoga front desk.
Responsibilities:
Retail sales and customer service
Answering phones and emails
Selling yoga classes, trainings and events
Merchandising and inventory
Shopify and MindBody (preferred)
Fulfilling online orders
Supporting studio check-in
Ideal candidate:
Retail or customer service experience
Interest in yoga or wellness
Strong communication skills
Available weekends and evenings
