LATE Cancel Fee - $10
* If a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of the start time of class.
MISSED Class Fee - $15
* If you miss an in-person reservation without cancelling. You will also lose the class.

Trilogy Location: 7650 Girard Ave, Suite 400 La Jolla, CA 92037 - located in La Jolla Cove neighboring La Jolla Shores, Windansea Beach, Bird Rock, UTC (University City), UCSD, North Pacific Beach (PB), Village of La Jolla, Torrey Pines, Bay Ho, Bay Park, Mission Beach, Mission Bay and Clairemont. A short drive, bike ride or walk from these towns in San Diego for yoga!
Cancellation policy | Restrictions | Age Requirements | Medical
12 Hour Late Cancellation & Missed Class Fee Policy: cancelations made less than 12 hours in advance will receive a late cancelation penalty of $10, and missed classes will result in a $15 fee plus the loss of the class if a Trilogy Drop-in or part of a Class Pass. You can cancel online through MindBody or via the Trilogy App.
Late Class Policy: students arriving late for the start of class will not be allowed to enter class. Please try to arrive 15 - 20 minutes early.. Please check-in at your studio - Earth, Moon, Sky Deck or Yoga Dome. Thank you!
Class Age Restrictions: kids aged 7-12 years old can only take Kids Aerial Classes. 13-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult during any mat or aerial yoga class. 16 above for aerial and mat permitted alone and experience is necessary. No entry will be permitted into class if under these age requirements, even if pre-registered online.
Physical & Medical Conditions: please note aerial and mat classes have different degrees of movement and may affect the following: motion sickness, vertigo, Ménière's, inner ear conditions - anything with movement. Always please consult with a doctor if any pre-existing condition could prohibit from taking any type of class or activity offered at Trilogy Sanctuary.
Class Sharing: monthly membership or class passes may not be shared or transferred.
Yoga Membership Cancellation: requests for membership cancellations and suspensions must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, no exceptions, otherwise a $50 fee. To cancel or freeze a membership - please write info@trilogysanctuary.com.
Yoga, Event & Spiritual Counseling Purchase Policy: Purchases are non transferable and all sales are final. Trilogy Sanctuary is under no obligation to freeze memberships for any reason.
Live Streaming, YouTube, Online Liability: Please note, all yogis must sign online liability waiver, if not done already. Always please consult with a doctor if any condition could prohibit from taking any type of class or activity offered at Trilogy Sanctuary, or online. Trilogy Sanctuary or the instructor is not liable for any injury, sickness or accident during an online class.
