Beginner Green Smoothie

The food you eat first in the morning can set the pace for the rest of your day! By eating raw before cooked foods, the food is allowed to move at its natural pace. Your body does this with minimal energy, allowing more energy to be put towards a productive day! Having raw fruit is easy and energizing, it won’t take too much time to prep and will keep you light, not bloated. Some ideas would be a fruit plate, smoothie bowl, chia pudding, or a classic big green smoothie!
