Discount is only valid for our 10 Class Pass or Unlimited Monthly Membership (Auto-Pay). First download the Trilogy APP to set-up your account. Paying for the special discount may only be done in-person at TOTEM Boutique. Please note you must have a valid and active indentation card stating your status as a student, military, police/fire or senior (65+). Visit us to get set-up asap!!

Cancellation policy | Restrictions | Age Requirements | Medical

• Late Class Cancel Fee $10 : if a cancellation takes place within 12 hours of the start time of class. Events, trainings, workshops are final sale.

• Missed Class Fee - $15: If you miss an in-person reservation without cancelling. The class will also be deducted if a Trilogy drop-in or class pass.

• Credit Card: a valid credit card must be on file for Late Cancel and Missed Fees - account are subject to suspension if not card is present.

• Please cancel in advance: filling reserved spots is vital to keep Trilogy operating and allows our teachers to plan accordingly - thank you!

• Livestream & Online Classes: Please note all sales are final and not transferable to any other classes or programming.

• Late Policy: students arriving late for the start of class will not be allowed to enter class. Please try to arrive 15 - 20 minutes early and check-in at TOTEM in the Penthouse.

• Age Restrictions: kids aged 7-12 years old can only take Kids Aerial Classes. 13-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult during any yoga class, mat or aerial. 16 above for aerial and mat permitted alone and experience is necessary. No entry will be permitted into class if under these age requirements, even if pre-registered online.

• No Class Sharing: monthly membership or class passes may NOT be shared or transferred, every student needs an individual account.

• Unlimited Membership Cancellation: requests for membership cancellations and suspensions must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, no expectations, otherwise a $50 fee. To cancel a membership - please email info@trilogysanctuary.com

• Unlimited Monthly and Yearly Membership Pause: Unlimited Monthly may pause their account 1 time for a max of one month in a calendar year. Yearly Membership may not pause their account.

• Yoga, Event & Spiritual Counseling Purchase Policy: Purchases are non transferable and all sales are final. Trilogy Sanctuary is under no obligation to freeze memberships for any reason.

• Personal Belongings: Trilogy Sanctuary is not responsible for the safe keeping of personal belongings while participants are taking a class, at an event or while at the Cafe and Totem. Take your belongings into classes and put your phone on silent.

• Yoga Class Access: yoga memberships, class passes and drop-ins are only valid for the yoga program visible on our class schedule - not workshops, events or trainings.

• Studio & Livestream Class Pass Expirations: > 5 pass expires after 6 months | 10 pass expires after 10 months | 20 pass expires after 12 months | 30 pass expires after 15 months. ALL New Student Class Passes expire after 3 months.

• Yoga Exclusive Yoga Promotional Offers: only valid online (not in Totem), only valid 1 per person, all Class Passes have expiration dates - see above. Duplicate promotional offers will be voided - no expectations, and the offer will not valid for re-purchase.

• Physical & Medical Conditions: please note all classes have different degrees of movement and may affect the following: motion sickness, vertigo, Ménière's, inner ear conditions - anything with movement. Always please consult with a doctor if any pre-existing condition could prohibit from taking ANY type of class or activity offered at Trilogy Sanctuary.

• Trilogy New Student Specials: only for local San Diego residents (ID required at first class) and new students who have never taken a yoga or aerial class at Trilogy Sanctuary. If you have attended an event at Trilogy Sanctuary, but have never taken a yoga class with us then reserve your package on-site at our La Jolla yoga studio. Special not valid for Kids Classes. You can always double check if you are in our system by email or phone. Advanced level aerial & high level rig classes are not part of the New Student Specials. No New Student Specials or Packages can be paused or extended after the student has taken their first class. Students who set-up duplicate accounts and purchase multiple New Student Specials are permanently suspended to participate in Trilogy Sanctuary classes/events.
