EARTH ROOM

Trilogy's Earth Room is where we hold our indoor aerial yoga and Lyra classes. We have a maximum of 16 aerial points. We hold numerous wellness events and workshops in the earth room. Our max capacity for mat classes in the earth room is 35 students.

ROOFTOP DOME

The only rooftop yoga dome in San Diego and perhaps the planet! The Yoga Dome holds up to 18 yogis and a perfect venue for yoga classes, sound baths and intimate gatherings

CAFE + ROOFTOP LOUNGE + SKY DECK

Yes, the cafe area inside/outside has limited availably for those timeless events never to be forgotten. You can do a la carte for each space or go for the trifecta!

MOON ROOM

The Moon room is home to our Infrared panels. Most of our mat & vinyasa classes are held in here. The studio holds up to 20 students. Our Infrared classes are gently heated to between 80 and 85 degrees. The Infrared creates a gentle warming of the body. This room also can be set at normal temperature and a perfect setting for sound healings, ceremonies and intimate events.

OUTDOOR SKY DECK

Trilogy's rooftop yoga deck is an outdoor space overlooking with views to the pacific ocean in La Jolla Cove! It has overhead shade, and is absolutely beautiful. You will feel the fresh ocean breeze on your face as you practice! We have an Aerial Yoga rig for 8 students, or mat classes for 20 students. Also, a perfect spot for live an outdoor gathering for private dining apart from the main cafe area.
