My favorite spot in La Jolla to sit and read/work. The ambiance is so peaceful and the energy around so calm and positive. It is, as far as I know, the only place in San Diego that is completely vegan + gluten free + organic + soy free + not only raw food. Delicious food that makes you feel satisfied and energized afterwards. They also have the coolest events and the personnel is so kind and welcoming. Thanks for all you do to brighten our days, crew!

"I love this place! I've done aerial yoga here multiple times. I'm not flexible in the least, and could do it and had a great time. Beware-- you can get a little motion sickness doing aerial yoga. I also love the yoga nidra. Sheldon is the absolute BEST!! She also held a sound bath and breathwork workshop. Soooo gooood!"

"My all time favorite new place, the person who helped me at breakfast recognized that I came back for lunch which is kinda cool if you ask me for these days lol. Really every dish My dad and I tried were very impressive. Açaí bowl (best ever)tacos, enchiladas and spring rolls. We are going back today and will try 2 more items and I plan on buying 4 of there bowl creations for my plane ride home to hillbilly Michigan. I will be back for sure when I revisit like everyday."
